Large Aerospace Structural Parts
Fuxing's core specialization — monolithic aerospace structures machined in one setup. 9.2m C919 wing skins. 1.8m satellite frames. Full-length positional accuracy without re-clamping. Max envelope: 64m. Typical range: 1–10m. Thin-wall: 1.5mm on aluminum.

Medium & Small Thin-Wall Parts
Titanium and aluminum thin-wall parts (1.5–5mm walls). Vacuum-and-clamp hybrid fixture engineering eliminates distortion on the most sensitive geometries. Small shell machining from 400mm ID.

Complex Shells & Cavities
Aerospace hydraulic shells, fuel manifolds, sensor housings. Patent-pending octagonal ram structure (replacing long reach-out right-angle heads) delivers dramatically higher rigidity — no chatter, no springback.
